Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original CAINTÈ jewelry box or garment bag and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
